are U.S. orders subject to any customs charges?
yes, they are. please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duty (also referred to as import tax).
for how long after my purchase can I still submit a request for return or exchange?
a request for return or exchange can be submitted upto fifteen days from the day of purchase, however the item will need to be inspected for (and must meet) the earth and co. conditions stated in the question below.
what conditions will my purchase be inspected for, that need to be met before my request for return or exchange can be approved?
all the items which you wish to return must be unworn, must not have been used for any other purposes, and must be in the same condition that they were purchased. all items must also be in the original packaging. please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs (if applicable) in the return or exchange process.
once a return or exchange is approved, what else is needed on my end to process the request?
in order to process your request for return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
once my request for a return is processed, how will I receive my refund?
the total amount will be refunded via the original method of payment, and can take anywhere between seven to fourteen days (approximately two weeks) to come through.
once my request for an exchange is processed, how will I receive the new item?
once we have received and inspected the item(s) that you wish to exchange, and have approved your request, we will contact you to discuss shipping location and other details. kindly note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs (if applicable) in the return or exchange process.
